WCT01-A

I caught and released this Westslope Cutthroat Trout (WCT) from a tributary to the upper Kootenay River. I released this lady three years in a row, allowing me to capture several good photos.

WCT02

I caught and released this WCT from a tributary to the upper Kootenay River that drains from the East side of the Rocky Mountain Trench. Notice how this fellow has an olive hue, unlike the above photo which was captured from a drainage located on the West side of the Trench.
